If you do not accept them, please leave the site. ## Permitted use You may freely: - Read every public-facing page on this site. - Share links to any page on this site. - Quote excerpts of the manifesto and articles with attribution to Myrmid and a link back to the source page. - Print pages for personal or internal-corporate use. ## Prohibited use You may not: - Scrape this site at a rate that materially affects its operation for other visitors. - Reproduce the structure, design, or proprietary brand assets (logo, brand mark, colour palette in compositional use) without prior written permission. - Use the site or its content to train or fine-tune machine-learning models without prior written permission. Reading, quoting and summarising the site, including by an AI assistant through [llms.txt](/llms.txt), is welcome; this clause covers training only. - Misrepresent yourself as Myrmid or as authorised by Myrmid in any communication. - Bypass or circumvent any access control on non-public surfaces (e.g. flagged-off content). ## Using the Myrmid service This section applies once your organisation is opened on Myrmid. ### Your account and your organisation You are responsible for the accounts in your organisation: who you invite, the roles you give them, and keeping sign-in details safe. The person who requested the organisation, and the administrators they appoint, answer for how it is used. ### Acceptable use You may not use the service to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, to attack or overload the service or another customer, to get around its access controls or spending limits, or to produce content that is unlawful. ### Your content stays yours What you and your agents put into the service, and what your organisation's Knowledge builds up, belongs to you, and you take it with you when you leave. We do not use it to train models, and the model providers we work with are bound in writing not to train on it either. We don't read it. Staff see it only when your organisation lets them in for support, for a limited time, and every visit is recorded. ### AI-generated output Agents produce AI-generated output, and you are told when content was produced by an agent. Your people supervise that work: they keep the decision and can stop or overrule an agent at any time. Check output before you rely on it for a decision that matters. ### Suspension We may suspend an account or an organisation that breaks these terms, puts the service or other customers at risk, or leaves an invoice unpaid after notice. Except in an emergency, we tell you first and give you time to put it right. ### Availability We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may take it, or part of it, offline for maintenance, security or operational reasons, and we tell you in advance where we can. ## Intellectual property The site and its content are protected under French and European intellectual-property law. The Myrmid name, logo, and brand mark are trademarks of Myrmid (registration in progress). The site code and visual design are the property of Myrmid (or its licensors where attributed). Manifesto and article text is published for free reading and redistribution under the terms in the §Permitted use section above. ## Service availability We work to keep this site available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
